The UAE market works differently from the European or post-Soviet one: deal cycles are shorter, competition for the customer's attention is higher, and there is almost always a time difference with your team and vendors. An enquiry left unanswered for an hour costs more here than anywhere else.
So the first thing we usually deploy for a Dubai business is not a “big CRM” but a fast reaction layer: a bot that answers a WhatsApp or Instagram enquiry in seconds, asks the qualifying questions and hands the manager a warm contact with a completed card.
Who needs this in the UAE
- Real estate and brokerage — qualifying ad-driven enquiries before a manager ever dials.
- Consulting, relocation and company formation — the bot answers routine visa, licence and timeline questions; managers join the deal, not the help desk.
- Trading and re-export — automatic replies on availability, rates and lead times.
- Premium services — booking, confirmation and reminders handled by a voice agent.
- Companies with teams across several countries, where the owner can't see what happens inside the chats.
How we work in the UAE
Presence
We have no physical office in the UAE — and we say so directly. In fact we have no walk-in office in any country: where we are registered, only the legal presence is maintained. Implementation, training and support are remote everywhere — video calls, accesses, testing on your data.
Messengers
In the UAE the primary channels are WhatsApp and Instagram. We connect them to the CRM and the bot, so no enquiry lives only in a manager's personal chat.
Time zones
The bot works 24/7 and doesn't depend on when your team's day starts. Reports arrive by the start of your day, Dubai time.
Payment and paperwork
Contract and invoice come from our Polish (EU) entity; payment by bank transfer in EUR or USD. The price list is in euros; in dirhams you pay at your bank's rate.
What it costs
Prices are fixed before the start and do not change during the project. The price list is in euros; payment by bank transfer in EUR or USD, conversion to AED at your bank's rate.

After launch the recurring cost is only AI tokens and telephony minutes, usually €20–100 a month. If the solution runs on our platform, ~$25/month for the integration is added. The AI-service accounts are registered to you, so every euro of spend is visible to you directly.

You have no office in the UAE — is that a problem?
No. The whole implementation is built as remote from day one: you grant the accesses yourself, we configure on your side and test on your real enquiries. A vendor flying into your office adds nothing to the project except the flight bill.
Can the contract be signed with a free-zone company?
Yes. We invoice from the Polish entity and your UAE company pays by bank transfer in EUR or USD. The document set is standard: contract, invoice, act of completion.
Our customers write in English and Arabic; our managers speak Russian.
A typical Dubai combination. The bot talks to the customer in the customer's language, while the internal reports and owner notifications arrive in Russian or English — your choice.
What do we pay monthly after launch?
After implementation you pay only for AI tokens and telephony minutes — usually €20–100 a month depending on volume. If we deploy on our platform, ~$25/month for the integration is added.
